Yes! Rise Up Mental Health Care accepts both Medicaid and Medicare. We work with most major insurance carriers as well. For specific insurance questions please call our office.

We accept all forms of payment, cash, check, and all major card carriers such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.

Please contact our office and we can discuss payment terms.

Please bring your Photo ID, a copy of your insurance, and any paperwork that may be needed.

Unfortunately this service is not available at this time.  Please call our office to schedule or cancel any appointments.

Coming early for your first appointment is important if you need to register as a new patient and fill out the paperwork. Unless you've printed and pre-filled the paperwork please arrive thirty minutes early.

In addition to our services if you require help outside of operational hours consider one of these options. These are non-emergency resources. If you are in an emergency situation, please dial 911 immediately or visit the nearest emergency room.
